Workshop on Personality development
PERSONALITY helps a person in succeeding in personal and professional life. And, to have a good personality a balance needs to be maintained between physical, mental, social, spiritual and cultural development of a human being. These were the key words of experts during the personality development workshop organized last week at Apar India Institute of Management and Technology, Sector-8 Rohini. A large number of students were oriented on the issue by noted educationist, Raj Kumar Jain, chairman of the institute, Rita Gangwani, Ex Lt. and convenor of the workshop and Gayatri Subramaniam, Deputy.
Director of the institute. Addressing the students, Gangwani said that even the corporatorte world understands the importance of social values and expects them in their employees. She said human beings are like buildings having qualities like empathy, positive attitude, etiquettes, trustworthiness etc. and imbalance in one of these will effect the entire building. Subramaniam enlightened the students on the courses being offered by their institute and the facilities available.
